428. Thomas Thorne was born on 13 Oct 1752 in Oyster Bay, Long Island, NY. He died on 16 Dec 1835 in New York City. He was buried in Friends Cemetery, Houston St Burial grnd. Census records of the time indicate he had a number of kids, but their names did not survive in the records.

He was married to Abigail Oakley (daughter of William Oakley and Eunice Hunt) about 1771. Abigail Oakley was born in 1752 in Westchester, NY. She died on 12 Sep 1832 in New York City. She was buried in Friends Cem, Houston St Burial Ground, NY. Thomas Thorne and Abigail Oakley had the following children:
