She was married to Jacob Bowne (son of Thomas Bowne and Hannah Underhill) about 1752. Jacob Bowne was born on 6 Oct 1724. He died about 1786. Hannah Thorne and Jacob Bowne had the following children:

She was married to William Titus (son of Silas Titus and Sarah Haight) on 12 Jun 1789. William Titus was born on 14 Aug 1722. No issue.
