3729. Vernon Williams Thorne was born on 9 Feb 1910 in Eastern, OR. He died on 31 Dec 1971 in Oregon. Vernon worked as a tree faller & would occasionally with his Brother Carl falling trees for the timber companies. Vernon was the only one of Elias' sons, who did not go off to WW II.
