He was married to Mary Shotwell on 7 Sep 1717 in Woodbridge, Somerset, NJ. Mary Shotwell died about 1733. Abraham Thorne and Mary Shotwell had the following children:

120 ii. Hannah Thorne was born on 7 Feb 1731/32.
